Ghana Gold Coin Prices Rise to GH¢52,739.58 for One-Ounce Coin

The Bank of Ghana has published its gold coin pricing for Monday, 24 August 2026, with the one-ounce gold coin priced at GH¢52,739.58.
According to the published figures, the 0.25-ounce gold coin is priced at GH¢13,731.94, while the 0.50-ounce coin is priced at GH¢26,719.43. The 1.00-ounce coin carries a price of GH¢52,739.58.
The pricing is based on the prevailing international gold price and the Ghana cedi exchange rate. The graphic also cites an LBMA PM price of US$4,582.10 from the previous day’s close and a Bloomberg USD/GHS reference rate of 11.1250.
The latest figures highlight the continued value of gold as an important financial asset and provide investors and members of the public with an official reference for the Bank of Ghana’s gold coin programme.
