NLA Staff Demand Removal of Director-General

Staff of the National Lottery Authority (NLA) have embarked on industrial action, disrupting operations at the Authority’s headquarters in Accra.

The workers are demanding the removal of the NLA Director-General, Alhaji Mohammed Abdul-Salam, while also calling for urgent attention to concerns over their conditions of service and operational challenges.

The protesters have further raised concerns about the Authority’s revenue performance, urging management to address issues they believe are affecting the effective running of the institution.

The industrial action has consequently affected normal activities at the NLA headquarters as the workers push for their demands to be addressed.
